Frank A. Manzo
October 23, 1940 – March 31, 2026
A founding member of the Longyear Gallery in Margaretville, Frank Manzo has also exhibited his photographs at the Roxbury Arts Group, the Salmagundi Club and at the Catskill Center’s Erpf Gallery.
He and his wife, Helene Manzo, were instrumental in establishing Longyear Gallery in the fall of 2007 after purchasing the Commons Building. A resident of Brooklyn and Roxbury, NY, Manzo was an active participant in the gallery for many years. From his early work at Pratt Institute to photographs made throughout New York City, upstate New York, and his travels, Frank's work reflects a lifelong practice of careful observation and a deep appreciation for light, architecture, and everyday life.
